Refund and Return Policy: Due to the Custom – Made to Order nature of my business, there are NO Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns. Therefore, I will contact you during the making process to ensure you are 100% satisfied before shipping. If your package is received damaged or missing please email me so that further instructions can be provided.

Processing Time: Each of the items purchased is made to order. Once your order is confirmed I will email you with further instructions if needed. All Custom orders have to be approved before it is made. I will contact you along the creative process to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping: Once item(s) are made your package will be shipped the next business day. I don’t ship on the weekends. A confirmation email with tracking info will be sent as soon as your item is shipped. Expected Shipping Times: Expected shipping times are based on USPS Priority Mail delivery times. An expected day of delivery can be viewed on USPS once the package has been scanned into the USPS system using the tracking code provided in your shipping email.

PreOrders and Kits: Payment is due upon ordering. Items will ship when all items are in stock. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns. All Sales are Final.
