Refund/Exchange Policy: Due to the Custom – Made to Order nature of my business there are NO Refunds or Exchanges. Therefore, I will contact you regarding your order to ensure you are 100% Satisfied with your purchase prior to shipping. In the event, your package is lost or damaged, please email me at kim@redheadedstorykeeper so I can further assist you.

Processing Time: Each of the items you purchase are made to order so Please allow 7 to 10 Days to process your order. Once your order is completed you will receive an email that it is ready to ship.

Shipping: Once your items are skillfully made they will be shipped in a timely manner. Shipping Info will be emailed to you.

PreOrders and Workshop Kits: Payment is due when ordering. Items will ship once in stock. No Refunds or Exchanges, All Sales are Final.
